How do you keep your prices so low? 

Top brands at discount prices on beauty, skin care and fragrance products may sound too good to be true. Rest assured, our designer fragrance and cosmetics aren't seconds or old ranges. All our products are new, genuine and boxed. We buy in bulk and supply most items tax free from Jersey – bringing you beauty, skin care and fragrance products at a discount that should embarrass most high street shops!

How do I shop on LA PREYA?
Shopping at www.lapreya.com is easy. Simply browse through the products and place the products that you wish to purchase in your shopping basket by clicking on the button, 'Add to basket'. Shipping and Delivery
LA PREYA items are usually despatched within 24 hours.  Items ordered on the weekend are normally despatched the next business day.

Standard delivery on all items is free to the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Elsewhere, standard delivery costs are charged according to the weight of the item.  See below for details and a list of countries to which we currently deliver.

Because items are despatched from Jersey, you should expect a delivery time of up to 7 days to the UK and 14 days elsewhere but we shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in posting arising out of any cause beyond our control.

Standard delivery will be made by first class post to the address specified by you on the completed order.

Recorded delivery is available and is charged at £2.50 to the UK per item. Elsewhere, Recorded delivery is charged according to weight.  See below for details.  Items sent by Recorded delivery can be tracked through the Royal Mail website at (www.royalmail.com).

Please note that we currently only ship to Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA. All deliveries in the UK are by Royal Mail.

VAT and Customs Duty
Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 15% where applicable. VAT is charged based on the delivery address of the ordered items. LA PREYA will handle the payment of all UK VAT due on your behalf.

For deliveries outside of the UK, VAT will be removed during the checkout process but you may be required to pay any applicable VAT and Customs Duty charges in your country before delivery of ordered items can be made. You should be notified of any VAT and Customs Duty due by the postal service in your country.

Shopping Points
Every time you shop at LA PREYA you will automatically receive 'Shopping Points' which you can collect and later redeem against future purchases.  You will receive 1 Shopping Point for every £1 spent (excluding any postage paid).  

Each Point awarded has an equivalent monetary value of 4 pence and will expire after 12 months from the date on which the Points were awarded.  You can view your Shopping Points total in your account at any time after logging in to your account page. 

Points are credited to your account once your order is despatched.  For any refunded items, previously awarded Points are cancelled.  Points can only be redeemed against future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to amend the monetary value of Points at any time, though any such change will not retrospectively affect Points already issued. 

How do I check on an order I have placed? 
Sign in to your account, click on 'Your account' and then 'Order information'.  You will then be able to check on the current status of your order.

We normally reply to all email enquiries to customerservices@lapreya.com within 24 hours.

How will I know that my order went through?
When your order has been successfully submitted, you will immediately see a confirmation page that provides you with your order number. You will also receive an email confirming your order.  If you do not receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours of submission, please contact us at mailto:customerservices@lapreya.com

How will I know my order has shipped?
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming the details of the shipment. You may also sign in to your account to view the status of your order.

Gift wrapping service 
Certain items on the site are available with a gift wrapping service.  Those items for which the service is availble will display a check box on the product page.  To select the gift wrapping service simply check the box on the product page and add the item to your basket.  During the checkout phase you will be asked to add a gift wrap message for each individual item for which you have selected gift wrapping.

Items are gift wrapped in high quality gift wrap paper.  If you enter a message during checkout your gift wrapped items will include a handwritten gift message tag with your message.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We understand how important security is to our customers.  We use a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data is not compromised.  Our internet payment pages are secured by Thawte's SSL certificate (http://www.thawte.com/).  The SSL certificate, through SSL encryption, ensures that information is kept private between our web server and your web browser.  Thawte's SSL certificate is 256-bit encryption enabled.

Do you accept telephone orders?
We currently only accept orders over the internet via our website.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to LA PREYA?
We respect your privacy and only request information required for delivery. The information you provide will not be given to any third party. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Does LA PREYA give away samples?
We do not mail out samples by request.

Do you accept returns for items carried on LA PREYA but not purchased through LA PREYA?
No. We are unable to accept any returns for items that were not purchased through LA PREYA.
