I have rotten black circles and bags under my eyes; I even had them in my baby photos! This is the ONLY product that has ever done anything to cover them, and it covers them completely. This product is the best. It covers very well and does not look cakey or dry and blends in very well and over spots it's great. Very good for oily skin. Lasts quite a long time too.
